With over 30 years of experience in sales, branding, design, and digital marketing, I’ve worked with business owners across Australia, the UK, and the US — helping them embrace technology confidently and use it to achieve real, measurable results.

A Heart for Teaching & Empowering Business Owners

I’ve always had a heart for teaching and helping small business owners succeed — especially those who feel left behind by technology.

Earlier in my career, I worked with the Mission Community Services Corporation and the Women’s Business Center in San Luis Obispo, California, where I:

• Delivered one-on-one coaching and group workshops on digital marketing, website design, and online visibility.

• Helped women, new entrepreneurs, and underserved business owners gain confidence in using digital tools.

• Simplified technology concepts so anyone — regardless of their background — could understand and apply them to grow their business.

Alongside that, I worked privately with winery owners, caterers, and local service businesses, creating personalised digital marketing strategies that improved visibility, engagement, and sales.

That experience taught me that technology only works when it’s accessible, human, and empowering — and that’s the approach I bring to AI today.

Through ResultsNow.ai, I combine my background in technology and marketing with a passion for making AI simple and practical for small businesses.

I know that many of my clients — especially those 50 and older — feel nervous about using new technology. My job is to make AI feel comfortable, approachable, and useful.
I guide them step by step, helping them see that these tools can actually make their work easier, faster, and more rewarding.
